Job Duties and Obligations -
The Ideal Candidate should be able to -
- क्षेत्रीय और स्थानीय फ़ील्ड सेल्स और मार्केटिंग टीमों के साथ सहयोग करना, मजबूत संवाद और व्यक्तिगत कौशल का उपयोग करके एक टीम-केंद्रित माहौल को बढ़ावा देना और सहयोगी डेटा-आधारित पहलों को बढ़ावा देना।
- वेलिस डिजिटल सर्जरी उत्पादों की व्यावसायिक स्वास्थ्य की मासिक रिपोर्टिंग को तैयार करना और कार्यान्वित करना, डेटा को एकत्रित, समेकित, साफ़ करके और संकलित करके।
- क्षेत्रीय रूप से व्यावसायिक प्रक्रियाओं में सहायता करना, रिपोर्ट और डैशबोर्ड बनाकर, जिससे फनल प्रबंधन, लक्ष्यनिर्धारण और प्राथमिकताएँ बढ़ाई जा सकें।
- मुख्य बाजारों में व्यावसायिक लॉन्च उत्कृष्टता में सहायता प्रदान करें, परियोजना प्रबंधन और/या विश्लेषण पर ध्यान केंद्रित करें।
- बड़े डेटा सेट से Sale Performance data निकालने के लिए Excel और Tableau का ठीक से जानकार होना, जैसे कि Salesforce जैसे CRM का उपयोग करके।
Eligibility -
1. Bachelor's या Master's डिग्री
2. English में verbal और written communication कौशल में उत्कृष्टता
3. Tableau या Qlik जैसे डेटा विज़्युअलाइज़ेशन सॉफ्टवेयर में प्रदर्शित कुशलता
4. बड़े डेटासेट्स से विज़्युअलाइज़ेशन के लिए डेटा तैयार करने में प्रदर्शित कुशलता
5. Salesforce या Microsoft Dynamics जैसे सीआरएम उपकरणों की समझ
6. MS Office उपकरणों (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) में मजबूत ज्ञान
